Pre- Event Day information -
The event is on from 11am – 2pm, on Wednesday 14th May.
The location will be at the Events Plaza. In front of the Sports Courts, situated in between the Tesco bank building and Neon building. Postcode: NE12 8BU
To confirm your space on the day please fill in the Vendor information form here and pay for the pitch fee online (we no longer accept cash payment).
The Pitch fee is £15. If you need Electricity on the day, this is an additional £5.
You can also hire tables and chairs from us on the day for additional cost via the website too. It’s £4 per table, £3 per chair.
Please send across your Public Liability insurance documentation, Gas safety certification (if applicable), and food hygiene rating.
If you are using our Electricity, we need to see proof on the day, that the electric items have been PAT tested.
Event day Information -
Set up will be from 9am. Please arrive before 11am, as the road will won’t be accessible after that. Due to our risk assessment, we require stall holders to wait until 2:00pm to start dissembling stalls and packing up.
Food trucks/gazebos will be positioned around the u-shaped road.
If you do not have a gazebo, please be prepared for all weather conditions as this event is outdoors.
First aid will be accessible in our Quorum events cabin. If you need access to this let one of the events team know. We have 5 qualified first aiders in the Quorum events team.
There will be Quorum lunch tokens in circulation for the event. These are worth either £5 or £10 depending what number is written on them. (blank tokens are also £5 in value) I will exchange them for payment at the end of the event.
Parking for exhibitors is available in the Q15 carpark. A member of the events team will be able to direct you on the day.
Please take note of the instructions from the events team. Please do not move or make changes to your stall/location without speaking to your host.
Please be mindful of other stall holders. If you have any issues or questions, then please speak with the events team in the first instance.
If you notice anything unsafe or have any problems, please speak with a member of the events team.
Toilets will be accessible through the fire door in the Neon building, please ask a member of staff to direct you if you are unsure of where this is, one of the events team can direct you.
Please be aware we do not have access to WIFI. If you need internet to power your card machines, please pre-arrange this.
