Top Employee Award for Quorum’s AND-E

Huge congratulations to Quorum Park’s AND-E on scooping a top industry award. The insurance group, which has based a significant part of its UK operations at Quorum for over 7 years, has seen its credentials as one of the best businesses to work for over the last 12 months reaffirmed after winning the ‘Best Employer in the Large Insurer’ category at the 2023 Insurance Post Awards.

Reflecting all the good work, strong commitment and investment in providing a first-class working environment, dozens of employees have all given AND-E’s diverse and inclusive workplace culture, sector leading staff benefits, investment in training, skills development and wellbeing, and first-class working model the thumbs up.

Employing 448 people at Quorum, with offices also in London and Epsom, AND-E provides a range of insurance services both direct to consumers and businesses and on behalf of strategic partners as part of a vision ‘To lead the way in connected mobility protection’.

This is a huge achievement; showcasing once more how the insurance sector is leading the way in nurturing fantastic, highly commitment workforces at locations such as Quorum Park, where people – and businesses – can grow, flourish and prosper in high quality, flexible workspace.

Employees scored AND-E top marks for a myriad of benefits, including pension scheme, personal development, mental health support, home working and work-from-home tech support and equipment.

“This win reflects our fantastic people who make AND-E a great place to work”, explained Gemma Robinson, People and Culture Director, AND-E UK. “We care about our people, help them grow and support the health and wellbeing of them and their families. It is an honour to have won but more importantly, it demonstrates that we are doing right by our people because it’s their votes that meant we won.”

Laura McGrath, Sustainability and Community Director at Quorum Park added her congratulations to all at AND-E on their success: “It’s thoroughly well deserved. We’ve seen at first hand all the good work they are doing here to build a fantastic business, which reflects our own values and ethos here at Quorum: people-focussed, commitment to personal wellbeing, workplace diversity.”

Quorum Park offices meet the requirements of workforces with space that can be adapted as technology evolves, working patterns change and personnel come and go. They also offer the capacity to design a fit-out that reflects the size and working ethos of the individual workforce rather than asking people to adapt to the building in which they work.
