Go with the Flow at Quorum

We love to champion businesses of all shapes and sizes at Quorum Park, and to help them find new and more flexible ways of working that support their people and their needs. We also know that many small businesses and consultants experience peaks and troughs of activity that may mean paying for a long-term lease just isn’t cost-effective. Yet many miss the hustle and bustle of sharing their workspace with others.

So, new for 2024, we’ve transformed part of the ground floor at Q11 to offer a premium passport to productivity as part of our vibrant community here at Quorum Park!

Q Flow grants users access to our innovative and efficient workspace on a one, two, or five-day basis, complete with complimentary tea and coffee, free high speed Wi-Fi and the chance to sample the varied activities, whether for the sheer love of socialising, or for ongoing professional development, in our regular events programme.

Whether you need a space to collaborate, some downtime or simply some connectivity and a desk, Q Flow can accommodate, with up to two guests also granted access free of charge with every pass. Open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, you can work, rest and play as part of the Quorum family, with a little library, vending machine and a pool table to boot. We even welcome well-behaved canine companions who can join you on their lead for the day!

And if you get peckish for something more substantial on your lunch break, Quorum Park’s retail parade offers Greggs as a solid option, as well as delicacies to sit in or take away at Eat@, Circo Italian Kitchen, and Umai Mi Bento.

Events Manager Claire Lusk said: “It couldn’t be easier to use Q Flow, which we’ve had great feedback on so far. Simply buy your one, two or five-day pass as little as a couple of days in advance on our website, and then let us know via email when you’re planning to come in so we can give you a five-minute welcome briefing – a brief induction during which you’ll be given a temporary access fob and the lowdown on signing in and out.

“We can also give you a heads-up on where to park, as the location of our bays can be subject to change depending on what’s happening in the community each day.

“Our building hosts can’t wait to welcome you!”

Passes, which can be purchased online, start from £15 and all the details can be found at quorumpark.com/availability, with additional info on transport options on our travel section at quorumpark.com/location. Then just email reception@quorumpark.com with your preferred arrival date and leave the rest to us.
