Exciting news! NRG and 50:50 Future are once again teaming up to host an exclusive event aimed at exploring a more holistic approach to Diversity & Inclusion (D&I).
Join us for an interactive session that goes beyond the usual inclusive hiring practices to understand how the recruitment process can impact almost all areas of your business.
Our goal is to help attendees widen the lens of their approach  to D&I, ensuring that it spans their entire organisation. We will  make use of 50:50 Future’s Seven Steps to Better Balance Framework,  allowing you to take a bird’s eye view across your organisation.  Attendees will identify areas of good practice and areas where their  biggest D&I challenges lie. 
Results will be shared with peers in  small groups to exchange insights and useful strategies. From there,  you can map out short, medium, and long-term goals based on the outcomes  of the session. 
The event will take place on the 8th of June and will begin with refreshments and a light breakfast, followed by the session. 
The event will end at 11:30 am, with a short break included.
